Buying or Selling a Home

  • Selling: Please notify the office before escrow closes. The Association must approve the buyer before the close of escrow or move-in.

  • Buying: Request the New Owner Application from the office. An application fee applies.

  • Escrow and lender requests: Association documents are released to the owner, or to someone the owner authorizes in writing. Use the form and choose Escrow or lender request.

Renting Your Home

Owners who rent their home must give the office the names of all tenants and occupants and a copy of the written lease, and must give tenants a copy of the governing documents.

Emergencies

For fire, medical or police emergencies, call 911.
